1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TechWave's hosted VoIP services, website, or any related applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
2. Services
TechWave provides cloud-hosted VoIP communication services including voice calling, call routing, voicemail, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit spam, robocalls, or unsolicited communications
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
- Use the Services for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
5. Payment Terms
Fees for the Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Service Level
We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our Services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Service credits may be available for qualifying outages as defined in your service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
